Back in the days when Desert Financial was known as "Desert Schools", the in-house marketing team began to launch robust digital campaigns. This particular on-boarding campaign introduced a new rewards program for the credit union's members which redefined membership as a whole. My role was to work with our creative director and digital marketing producer to map out & design the experience that different types of members would have depending on various factors of their status with the credit union.
